Shot on Kodak Portra 400, 35mm; Nikon F55. Scanned using Noritsu HS-1800. Taken at an abandoned water treatment facility in Ireland, this piece was prompted by the tension that innately exists between the forward march of industry and the environment around us, even as industry is made possible by the same. In the limited edition the colours are shifted slightly as a personal reflection of the surreal nature of transmutation from natural to industrial and back again upon abandonment.
