Every print I create is made to order and carefully checked before it leaves my studio. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, I can’t accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, order the wrong size, or decide the work isn’t for you. This is also supported under EU law, where customised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day return period. That said, your experience matters to me. If your print arrives damaged in transit, or if something isn’t right with your order, I’ll make it right.
If there’s a problem

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the print and the packaging.

I’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost. If the edition has sold out and a replacement isn’t possible, I’ll issue a full refund.
Limited Editions:
Each limited edition print is hand-numbered. Because of their rarity and collector value, I can’t accept returns once an edition print has shipped — unless it was damaged in transit or the wrong work was sent.
Open Editions:
Open edition prints are also non-returnable, except in cases of damage or error.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch within 24 hours of purchase. After that, printing may already have begun and cancellations aren’t possible.
Refunds:
When a refund is due, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Colour & Display Variations:
Please note: colours can vary slightly between on-screen previews and the final print due to monitor settings and print materials. These variations aren’t defects and don’t qualify for a refund.
Licensing & Digital Products:
Licences and digital files are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.
Statutory Rights:
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU law.
